We have had a visit from Lee one of your employees today to carry out our regular testing and PAT testing. I must say that Lee was a pleasure to have with us, he was courteous to all staff causing minimal disruption to the working day. He left a coffee to go cold as he just got on with the job determined to get it all done in the day. He has done a brilliant job and he is a credit to your company!

Lee is always courteous and efficient as he works around the team in our busy office and warehouse. The work has excellent and they have both got their heads into a poorly maintained system in not the easiest of sites to navigate and cleared many issues. One of the main issues regarding the fire doors that has been fixed and tested has been an issue on site for 18 months and brought up in each site H&S meeting by senior management. Yesterday I managed to report that the doors had been fixed (along with many other issues) to which senior management commented in the meeting that they believe Vulcan fire are the company to take over future maintenance which from my point of view is an un heard comment before regarding any service provider. Please can you personally pass on thanks to both of them.
