EA-RS Group acquires DJP Fire Limited (trading as Vulcan Fire) further accelerating one solution offering
EA-RS Group, a provider of intelligent, sustainable, compliant fire and security systems and services, today announced that Vulcan Fire, a specialist in total fire safety solutions, has joined the Group. Vulcan is the eighth company EA-RS Group has acquired since last year, following the successful acquisitions of CCSS Fire & Security, AST London, UK Security Doors, Crane Communications, Firesec Compliance, Air Projects, and Essex Fire Sprinklers.
Based in Rochdale, Vulcan offers full fire safety solutions to clients across the North of England, with experience in a variety of sectors such as nuclear facilities and power generation. In addition, Vulcan offers passive fire protection, fire risk assessments and annual fire door inspections, which complement the Group’s strategy. This acquisition will further enhance the Group’s national coverage, presenting more opportunities and increasing EA-RS Group’s presence in the North of England.
